1. Service Agreement

All services provided by NHL Scaping are subject to a written contract detailing scope, pricing, and timelines. Any changes to the project must be approved in writing.

2. Pricing & Payments

Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. A 30% deposit is required before work begins (unless otherwise stated). Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complications (e.g., hidden structural issues).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are 100% refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for unsatisfactory work must be requested within 7 days of completion.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship is covered under a 2-year warranty (terms apply). Material defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Regular maintenance may be required to keep warranties valid.

5. Liability & Insurance

NHL Scaping carries full liability insurance for all projects. Clients are responsible for securing personal valuables before work begins. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of project completion.

6. Scheduling & Delays

We strive for on-time delivery, but delays due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen issues may occur. Clients will be notified immediately of any schedule changes.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear access to work areas. Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if needed. Make timely decisions to avoid project delays.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. Unresolved issues may be escalated to Dubai Courts.
